Tseung Kwan O (also called Cheung Kwan O, or TKO, or Junk Bay) is a bay in Sai Kung region.  Before the development of the new town, this area was mainly comprised of small fishing towns and villages. The Tseung Kwan O Village at the northern tip of the bay is actually about 600 years old! But much of TKO new town is built on reclaimed land.
