Description

Cystaid for cats is a nutritional supplement that provides specially blended feed nutrients for the management of lower urinary tract function in cats to help maintain a healthy bladder.

Prescription only product. Each capsule contains: Acetyl D-Glucosamine (NAG)125 mg – supports the normal structure of the bladder lining (Glycosaminoglycans GAGs), Quercetin20mg  – regulate inflammation and help to support stress coping mechanisms and L-Theanine25mg -an amino acid found in green tea with natural calming properties to reduce stress behaviours in cats. DOSAGE AND INSTRUCTIONS OF USE: Capsule can be opened and mixed with food or given whole, initially usually give 2 capsules per day (1 morning 1 evening) for 3-4 weeks and 1 capsule per day to be given long term. Follow dose instructions of the individual prescribing veterinarian. IMPORTANT: Cystaid plus has been recommended by veterinary specialists as a urinary supplement for cats/(Please note: Cystaid Plus replaces Cystaid which was previously available).
